Bentley’s Holiday Homes is a holiday let business based in beautiful Lincolnshire. We’re a family-run business with two stunning properties to welcome guests to: Thorneycroft in the village of Fulstow, and Paddock View in South Reston.
Both properties have been finished to a high standard with comfort and style in mind: modern interiors, well-equipped kitchens, and plenty of space to relax, whether you’re visiting for a weekend away or a longer stay exploring the Lincolnshire coast and Wolds.
We’re excited to be growing, with Thorneycroft and Paddock View just the beginning. We can’t wait to welcome our first guests and share what we’ve been working on.

We have two properties in Lincolnshire: Thorneycroft in Fulstow, and Paddock View in South Reston, both well placed for the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast.
Paddock View has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. Thorneycroft has 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, both ideal for families or larger groups.
Yes, both properties welcome pets.
Yes, both properties offer free parking on the premises, plus free on-street parking.
Yes. Thorneycroft has a fully fenced private back garden with patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Paddock View also has a garden with patio, outdoor dining and a BBQ.
Both properties offer self check-in via lockbox, so you’re free to arrive at a time that suits you.
Yes, both properties have Wi-Fi included.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, crockery and cutlery you’ll need.
Yes, both properties provide a travel cot and high chair, plus board games for entertainment. Paddock View also has fireplace guards and children’s tableware.
Yes, both properties accept stays of 28 days or more.

Neither property currently has a carbon monoxide alarm fitted. Please get in touch if you have any questions about this. Thorneycroft does not have air conditioning or a tumble dryer; Paddock View does not have air conditioning.
