How bookings are handled

Our properties are booked through Airbnb. When you book one of our holiday homes through Airbnb, Airbnb processes your booking, payment, and personal information directly. We receive only the limited information Airbnb shares with us as the host: typically your first name, the dates of your stay, and any messages you send us through the Airbnb platform.

We do not process payments, store card details, or hold financial information of any kind on our website or systems.
